Inside the Gothic Cathedral in Ubate, Colombia. Villa San Diego de Ubate is a town and municipality in the Cundinamarca Department, Colombia. Its name comes from the native name "Ebate" meaning "Bloodied Land". It was at one point populated by Chibcha tribes. It was founded in 1592. It is known as the "Milk Capital of Colombia" and for a Gothic style Cathedral and the San Luis Convent.
